Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 August 2026
#In short
The Sphère platform uses only the cookies and local storage required for it to work: keeping you signed in, securing the session, remembering your display preferences.
No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. No profiling. No sale of data.
This legal information website itself sets no cookie — see the last section.
#What "cookie" means here
Beyond cookies in the strict sense, this policy covers every technique for storing data on your device: HTTP cookies, browser local storage (`localStorage`, `sessionStorage`) and the mobile application's secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android KeyStore).
The principle is the same in every case: a piece of information placed on your device and read back later. What matters is the purpose, not the mechanism.
#What the platform stores
Session and authentication — required
Access and refresh tokens, session identifier, device identifier. They keep you signed in from one screen to the next and make it possible to revoke access remotely from your security settings.
Duration: for the session, and until sign-out or expiry of the refresh token. On mobile, they are held in the operating system's secure storage.
Without them signing in is impossible: they cannot be disabled.
Security — required
Protection against request forgery, detection of a duplicated session, rate limiting of authentication attempts.
Duration: the session.
Display preferences — required for usability
Interface language, light or dark theme, panel layout, recently viewed screens.
Duration: up to 12 months, or until site data is cleared.
Offline operation and performance
Local caching of some content to avoid downloading it again on every view, and degraded operation during a network outage.
Duration: variable, purged automatically by the browser or the application.
Usage statistics
Platform usage metrics are produced server-side, from application activity, and are intended for the client organisation. They rely on no tracker placed on your device, so there is nothing to accept or refuse on that account.
#What the platform does not do
- No advertising cookies, no ad network, no retargeting.
- No social-network buttons tracking your browsing.
- No sharing of identifiers for third-party audience measurement.
- No profiling of your behaviour for commercial purposes.
This is why there is no consent banner: the only items stored are those strictly necessary for the service you asked for, and those do not require prior consent.
#Embedded third-party content
Some features display content coming from a third-party service — a preview of a link shared in a conversation, an office document editor, a media player. Those services may set their own trackers when the content is displayed.
These integrations depend on the modules enabled by your organisation. Their policy is that of their own publisher, not ours.
#Managing your choices
- Browser settings: every browser lets you review, block and delete a site's cookies and local storage. Blocking session cookies makes signing in impossible.
- Signing out: this invalidates session tokens server-side.
- Active sessions: from your security settings, you can review connected devices and revoke access remotely.
- Mobile application: uninstalling clears the local and secure storage associated with the application.
#This particular website
The site https://legal.comunikcrm.com consists of static pages. It sets no cookie, loads no external resource and sends no data to any server.
Only one thing may be written to your device: your theme preference (light, dark or system), saved in the browser's local storage under the key `legal.theme` — and only if you use the switch at the top of the page. It contains no identifier, never leaves your device, and switching back to "System" erases it. Clearing the site's data removes it too.
The `?theme=light` or `?theme=dark` parameter that the mobile application appends to the address serves only to display the document in the theme you chose in the application. It is read at display time, is never stored, and hides the switch: the application decides in that case.
#Changes
This policy may change along with the platform's features. The version in force is the one published at https://legal.comunikcrm.com, dated at the head of the document.
